Engineering Project Description

Keystone’s client proposed to install a permanent 425 foot by 350 foot gravel pad, with an attached 100 foot by 100 foot meter site and an accompanying 1,800 foot long permanent gravel access road to support natural gas drilling operations. Keystone was responsible for the desktop review, conceptual site plan, wetland delineation, site features survey, topographic survey, geotechnical investigation, soil investigation and infiltration testing, DCNR coordination, E&S plan preparation, PCSM BMP design, construction drawings, driveway HOP, and ESCGP-2 permitting.
