Keystone’s client was proposing to install a 6 MG freshwater impoundment, gravel access road, and gravel AST pad in Greene County, PA. Project challenges included incredibly steep slopes surrounding the site and constraints associated with existing permits at nearby sites. Keystone was responsible for the desktop review, conceptual site plans , wetland delineation, site features survey, lidar verification survey, soil investigation and infiltration testing, E&S plan preparation, PCSM BMP design, construction drawings, and ESCGP-2 permitting.
