Keystone’s client proposed to construct a permanent 450 foot by 300 foot well pad in eastern Ohio. Keystone survey department performed deed research, property survey, site feature and topographic survey, and a driveway site distance survey for the project. Other departments at Keystone provided a historic site inquiry, an environmental due diligence study, conceptual site planning, driveway permitting, horizontal well site construction permitting, construction drawing preparation, construction certification, and natural gas well permitting.
